He is Risen! We’ll be celebrating Easter with our friends next week (Orthodox calendar) but today we did some Short family Easter fun this morning with worship, Turkish breakfast, and started a new tradition of painting “Resurrection rocks” (our Easter Ebenezer) and the kids painted eggs for an egg hunt. It was a fun day in the mountains enjoying the beauty of this day and remembering all that He has done for us! Happy Resurrection Day from Cyprus!

At the last minute, my lesson was canceled which gave me an opportunity to visit our old neighborhood. It was so fun to sit with many of our sweet neighbors and catch up. It was also encouraging to see that our language IS growing (🏼🏼) and to be able to laugh, communicate, and share a bit more together than before. As we transition from full-time language to part-time language learning, we’re excited for the new opportunities that this transition will present for us.
